Pick the right format
Infants 2-3 → Cherry Pediatric Suspension 2 fl oz. Children 2-11 → Cherry Suspension 4 fl oz or Grape Chewable Tablets. Match the format to what the child can take comfortably. Infantes 2-3 → Suspensión 2 fl oz. Niños 2-11 → Suspensión 4 fl oz o Tabletas Masticables.

Use the dosing chart
Find the right dose on the carton's chart by weight, then by age. Shake liquids well before use. Use the included measuring cup — never a kitchen spoon. Use la tabla de dosificación por peso y edad. Agite bien antes de usar. Use el vasito dosificador, no una cuchara.

No more than 5 doses in 24 hours
Repeat every 4 hours while symptoms last. Do not give more than 5 doses in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor. No administre más de 5 dosis en 24 horas a menos que lo indique un médico.

Stop and ask a doctor
Stop use and consult a doctor if pain gets worse or lasts more than 5 days, fever lasts more than 3 days, or new symptoms appear. Suspenda el uso y consulte si el dolor empeora o dura más de 5 días, la fiebre dura más de 3 días, o aparecen nuevos síntomas.

Before you give it.

  • Liver warning. Contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if your child takes more than the maximum daily dose, with other drugs containing acetaminophen, or if a child under 6 takes 5 or more doses in 24 hours.
  • Allergy alert. Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters, or rash. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away.
  • Sore throat warning. If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
  • Do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or non-prescription) without consulting a healthcare professional.
  • Ask a doctor before use if your child has liver disease.
  • Children under 2 — ask a doctor.
  • Always check with your doctor before administering any medicine to your infant or child.
  • Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222), even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
